Executive Assistant (Part-time) (m/f/d)
PROJECT EADEN
Job description
About Project Eaden:
Climate change and biodiversity loss are accelerating and threatening the foundations of our lives. Food and especially meat are major emitters of greenhouse gases. Arenʼt we all aware of it? Yet, we often give in to our cravings and choose meat instead of sustainable alternatives. And did you know: global meat consumption is growing massively! We are convinced that an irresistible product experience, not false compromise, is key to change this. The world needs new food, so delicious that billions of people indulge in eating whilst saving the planet as a positive side effect.
We are building tech and food products to do exactly that!
The Job:
We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Part-Time Executive Assistant to support our dynamic co-founders, David and Jan, as they lead Project Eaden’s mission to revolutionize the food industry. In this part-time role, you’ll be more than just an assistant—you’ll be a strategic partner, helping our executives stay focused and effective while creating a seamless, well-managed work environment.
You’ll manage complex calendars, orchestrate travel plans, and bring harmony to the office space, ensuring every detail is accounted for. Your support will empower our leadership team to tackle the big-picture challenges. If you’re passionate about organization, thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, and are eager to make a tangible impact, this role is an exciting opportunity to join a company with a vision to make the world a better place.
