As a Product Flavor Scientist, you'll take a hands-on approach to redefine the limits of flavor and color in our ChoViva Concentrate, using your creativity to unlock new possibilities and contribute to patent filings that safeguard our groundbreaking innovations.
A Taste of What to Expect

  • Level up the flavor and color of our Choviva Concentrate to bring it closer to genuine cocoa

  • Contribute to the development and filing of new patents that protect our innovative work

  • Generate and test creative ideas to optimize our flavor base and production process

  • Take the lead on hands-on, creative experiments, including DoE, that push flavor innovation forward

  • Collaborate closely with the Process Team to ensure smooth integration of innovations into production

  • Operate and analyze data from analytical instruments such as GC and HPLC

The Perfect Recipe of Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record of product innovation and cost reduction in the food or flavor industry

  • You have a Master's degree in Food Chemistry, Food Science, or a related field, with a strong background in flavor chemistry

  • Solid hands-on lab experience with a practical and creative mindset

  • Practical familiarity with analytical techniques and tools such as GC, MS, and LC

  • Experience in processing flavors, with a focus on improving taste and efficiency

  • Knowledge or expertise in chocolate or cocoa is a strong plus
