As a Food Chemist Intern, you will play a key role in enhancing the taste, aroma, and texture of our innovative product, ChoViva. You will be at the forefront of product development, analysing samples and prototypes in our state-of-the-art laboratory.

• Perform food science related measurements in the laboratory with eg. GC-MS, GC-FID, Texture Analyser, Rheometer etc.
• Optimise and/or develop new analytical methods
• Assist the team in flavour optimisation and perform experiments along our ChoViva process

• You are currently enrolled in a B.Sc. or M.Sc. program in Chemistry, Food Science, Food Chemistry, Biochemistry, Nutrition, or a related field
• You have practical laboratory experience and are proficient in operating analytical instruments, preferably with GC or LC systems
• You are passionate about sustainable food innovation, thriving in a collaborative environment with ambitious and like-minded individuals
• You are self-motivated, proactive, and take ownership of your tasks with a disciplined and hands-on approach.
• Experience in data analysis is a plus
• You are based in Munich or are willing to relocate

NB: This internship opportunity must be linked to a mandatory internship through a university, for a minimum duration of 5 months.
