We are looking for a Project & Operations Associate to support our CTO in organizing and accelerating scientific projects. This is an opportunity for a junior profile (engineer or MSc with 1–3 years of experience) who enjoys connecting science, organization, and teamwork.
Your mission
● Coordinate scientific and operational projects: planning, follow-up, and documentation.
● Support the CTO in tracking key milestones and preparing progress reports.
● Help structure internal workflows, team meetings, and project tracking tools.
● Contribute to HR operations: recruitment logistics, onboarding, and team support.
● Participate in innovation monitoring, IP tracking, and grant documentation.
● Assist the CEO with general administrative and company management tasks (budget tracking, document preparation, logistics, and coordination with partners).
What we’re looking for
● Engineer or MSc in Plant Biology, Biotechnology, Bioengineering, or related fields.
● 1–3 years of experience in a biotech or R&D environment (internship or first job).
● Organized, proactive, and curious — you like solving problems and keeping projects on track.
● Comfortable communicating across teams and following up on multiple priorities.
● Keen to learn from a fast-moving scientific team and grow within the company.
