With a mission to cut 1% of global emissions by 2035, we're looking to expand our team and are looking for a Management Intern.

The role

As Management Intern you will get a chance to work with the team across the business on various projects and initiatives, support administration and proactively work on plans on how to attract the best talent. This is a part time role and a great opportunity to learn and grow fast by working with great innovators and top investors within the impactful Norrsken ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, market opportunities, competitor landscapes, regulatory changes to inform strategic decision-making

  • Compile and organise data, reports, and other information to support business planning, marketing and product development efforts.

  • Provide administrative support to the managing team including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, organising documents, and handling correspondence

  • Assist with day-to-day tasks and operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the workplace and team activities

  • Support founding team with creation of presentations, applications, reports and administration related to submission processes

  • Work with marketing and employer branding activities as needed, create and post social media and other marketing content, generate ideas and execute events and activities to increase brand awareness

  • Act as company ambassador for university/research institutions and proactively work on plans on how to attract the best talent

We are looking for the following qualifications:

- You are currently enrolled or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Economics or Industrial Engineering or related field

  • Project management skills with track record of starting, running and managing projects and areas independently and successfully

  • Strong interest in entrepreneurship and startups

  • Experience from studying/ working with Agritech/Biotech and/or Impact is a plus

  • Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders

  • Excellent analytical thinking

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Suite and quick to learn new tech tools

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Swedish skills is a plus)

  • Solutions focus mindset
